President & CEO
François Laflamme was previously Partner at I.U.GO Ventures, Vice President IP Telephony and Business Development at Videotron, and had several engineering management roles for LanSer Wireless and Canadian Marconi. François holds an MBA from HEC of Montreal and an Electrical Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal.
CTO & Co-Founder
Jean-Francis Kisovec was the founder and CTO of VIP Switch. He has been very successful in developing break-through technologies in his many roles in product architecture and development and as a result is the holder of many patents. Jean-Francis holds a Masters degree in Physical Chemistry from Strasbourg University and an Electrical Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique of Versailles.
VP Engineering
Michel Turcot was previously VP Engineering at Memotec Communication Inc. and the technical leader and designer at Harris Farinon. Michel holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal.
VP Business Development
Tony Pierson was the co-founder and VP Marketing of Jedai Broadband, Group Product Manager at Philips Broadband Networks, and Director of Product Management for Scientific Atlanta. Tony holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary and earned BS degrees with honors in Marketing and Psychology from Virginia Tech.
Director of Operations
Jonathan Behar was previously director of operations at Mitec Telecom's Satellite Communications and had various management responsibilities at Nortel and Flextronics. Jonathan holds an MBA and Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University.
National Sales Director
Kevin Wilkes has contributed to several successful start-up companies both in sales and operations. Past experience includes leadership roles at Excite@Home, Worldbridge Networks, River Delta Networks, and BigBand Networks. Kevin holds a degree in Computer Science from State Technical Institute of Memphis.
